This project has the objective of developing a pedagogical and educational model within the aim of guiding primary education students towards reflecting on pluralism in Europe and, thereby, promoting a vision of a multicultural and multireligious citizenship, shared by all members of the educational community in schools.

Religion is part of the European culture. Hence the importance of creating pedagogical models that allows presenting different religious positions and promoting the knowledge and understanding of other religions in a framework of respect.

Research activity and its results, which will take place within the next two years, with the financing of the European Union’s in the framework of the Erasmus + program, are oriented towards the deep analysis of the approach of religious education in the countries involved in the project. Needs on how to integrate religious plurality in the pedagogical model will be identified and defined in primary schools.
